■ 用于测量不同光源在一定时间内的照射能量值,也就通常所讲的光绩量;

■ 测量的光谱范围为250-410nm(纳米),最佳感应紫外线波长为365nm(纳米); - 使用方法:
■ 将能量计上方的开关调至打开位置即“ON”位置,此时,显示屏上将显示数字“0” mj/cm2(毫焦耳/平方厘米)。
■ 准备测量,将能量计的背面面向紫外线UV光源,以保证测量的有效性和准确性,感光窗有清楚的标识。
■ 当仪器在光源照射一定时间之后,已记录所感测到的UV紫外光能量,此时,可以从仪器正面的显示屏上读取能量值,能量值的对应单位是:mj/cm2(毫焦耳/平方厘米)。
■ 每一次,在进行一次新的测量工作时,依据需要将仪器关闭,然后再次开启。显示屏上将重新调至“0” mj/cm2(毫焦耳/平方厘米)。接着可依照上述步骤继续操作。
■ 每一次使用时,请将仪器的开关调至打开状态即“ON”位置,液晶显示屏上显示的读数为“0”mj/cm2(毫焦耳/平方厘米),如果不是想获取重复测试的累计能量值,请每一次测量前,将其读数归零。
■ 如果您的工艺特别需要,也可以反复地进行测量,每一次测量后的读数,不需要归零处理,那么,仪器上最后一次显示的读数将是多次反复测量的累计值。
当完成测量时,需将开关调至“OFF”位置,以便及时关闭仪器,正确的操作将有效保证仪器的电池使用寿命。
- 注意事项:
■ 请避免用力频繁摇晃仪器或摔坏仪器;
■ 每一次测量完成,请及时将仪器关闭,并放回包装盒内保管;

n Introduction
■ It is used for measuring the energy of different light sources within a certain time, which isalso as usually called the light energy.
■ With the advancement of the curing requirements of customer, UV meter has more and more become the important quality monitor. It has also become the essential tool of controling and realizing curing quality consistency.
■ Spectral range is UV250-410 nm and the main length is 365nm.
n Instruction for use
■ Switch on the UV-Integrator. The display on the LCD will show “0”mj/cm2.
■ Place the UV-Integrator with the front facing the conveyor belt. The sensor is on the back of the UV-Integrator. The back
plate of the UV-Integrator serves as the heat shield.
■ After the UV-Integrator has passed through the conveyor, take the UV-integrator from the conveyor belt in order to read the measuring result. The measuring results are shown as: mJ/cm2.
■ Prior to a new measuring sequence, it is necessary to switch “off” and then “on” again.
This will reset the display to “0”.
Continue as described in Step 2.
■ After using the instrument, please put it into the packing box and prevent it broken.
■ You can measure it again and again if you need it .
n Attention:
■ Please avoid shaking the UV-integrator or break it.
■ After using it every time, please close the instrument in time and put it into the packing box.
■ Do not put the LCD on the instrument out the high-light or high- energy area.
■ Don’t open the instrument to calibrate or destroy it if you are not professional. Otherwise, the measuring effect and precision of the instrument will be affected.
